The Beatles legend, 81, treated his wife of 13 years, 64, to an intimate dinner at Italian restaurant Funke.
After their meal, the couple attempted to sneak out by sneaking out the back entrance.
Paul – who was seen driving his £85,000 Corvette, cut a demure figure in a black patterned jumper layered over a white shirt, with a navy coat on top.
While Nancy complemented her husband with his own navy jacket, adorned with fringe detailing.

He has previously auctioned several vehicles for exorbitant prices, including a Mini Cooper S Deville, which was one of four orders ordered by the band’s manager, Brian Epstein, for the group in 1965.
The car was sold in 2018 for £1,820,000, a world record price for a Mini Cooper at the time.
