On Saturday night, The Masked Dancer saw Kimberley Walsh unveiled as Odd Socks while Denise Lewis was revealed to be the Sea Slug in a double elimination.
The Girls Aloud singer, 40, and the Olympian, 50, beamed as their masks were lifted, despite missing out on a place in the grand final.
Kimberley, who shares three boys with husband Justin Scott, said: “I did this for my kids!” They have no idea. I had to choose Odd Socks, I’m a mother of three boys, it’s my life!

The star’s disguise was so good that none of the panel members – Jonathan Ross, Oti Mabuse, Davina McCall, Peter Crouch and special guest panelist John Bishop – picked up her identity despite a Girls Aloud hint in every packet of clues.
Detailing her reasons for signing up for the fun show, Kimberley later explained, “My kids and nephews are obsessed with the show and do Masked Dancer competitions every weekend, so I wanted to do it for them.”
“I watched all the masked shows with my boys but since I’m known to be a singer I thought dancing would be more fun!”

On the difficulty of keeping her identity a secret, she explained, “It’s the hardest thing ever!” I’m so close to my family, I feel like I’ve been avoiding them for weeks.
The performer then shared that she wouldn’t be so confident dancing with her mask on anymore, adding, “I definitely still have nerves and I don’t know how I’m going to feel without the mask on now, it’s going to be very strange! ” ‘
She added of the dress up dance: “It definitely helps to lose your inhibitions, but the weight is so tricky.”

Kimberley was the second celeb unveiled the night following Denise’s previous unmasking as Sea Slug.
Speaking to host Joel Dommett about her experience, Denise said: “It’s been exceptional, seriously!”
The former athlete went on to say that she struggled to keep her participation a secret from those close to her, especially her own husband.

She said: “That was the hardest part of the show – not being able to say a word.
‘I did not say [my husband] … I was the best student, I must say.’
She went on to say that she spoke ‘little’ to her friends during this time so as not to ‘mess up’.

Denise also revealed that she signed up for the show because she wanted to challenge herself after turning 50.
On her experience of costume dancing, she added that it was “very strange indeed”. Claustrophobic sometimes too but great fun!
Last week’s episode saw Candlestick revealed to be former Great British Bake Off star Liam Charles.
