American football fans will be able to enjoy more coverage of the sport than ever before on the talkSPORT network, as the 2022 NFL season kicks off this week.
Starting with an exclusive commentary on the opening game of the year on Thursday, September 8 – where the defending Super Bowl champions, the Los Angeles Rams, will face the Buffalo Bills – the talkSPORT network will broadcast more than 40 games while throughout the season, up to and including the Super Bowl. 57.

The talkSPORT team includes the return of veteran broadcaster Nat Coombs, who anchored NFL coverage on UK television and radio for over 15 years, alongside Will Gavin, who covered the league on talkSPORT since 2012 and host of the Gridiron Show – one of the UK’s leading American football podcasts.
Britain’s first female coach in the NFL and Team GB captain Phoebe Schecter will also return to talkSPORT, joined by a first signing from former Pittsburgh Steelers Tight End Christian Scotland-Williamson, as well as many other familiar voices from both. sides of the pond.
