Leah then elaborated on some of the changes she had made to her look, writing, “ My extensions came out and I lightened up the eye makeup as well. #Be yourself.’
She followed up her initial tweet with a response that read, “Btw, this pandemic is the reason I’m out of extensions.”
In another tweet, she joked, “ I’m not saying I’m not all about fresh botox either … Girl. Be. You! Do you! When is the next Botox party? I arrive!’
Like many reality TV stars who were in the Teen Mom franchise, Leah made her showbiz debut on the 16 And Pregnant series.

As a high school cheerleader in West Virginia, she got pregnant with twins from one month old boyfriend Corey Simms.
They welcomed their twin daughters Aliannah and Aleeah and they tried their hand at marriage although they eventually divorced in 2011.
She and her second ex-husband Jeremy Calvert, who she was with from 2011 to 2015, have a seven-year-old daughter named Adalynn.
Since becoming a mother, her life has been fraught with pitfalls, many of which were touched upon in her new memoir Hope, Grace & Faith.
“Do You!”: In another tweet, she joked, “I’m not saying I’m not all about fresh botox either” and joked “When’s the next botox party? I arrive!’
Her opioid addiction reached such a level of severity that she became suicidal, which ultimately convinced her that she needed to recover.
“When I wanted to kill myself, that’s when I realized there was an underlying problem,” she explained to Entertainment Tonight while plugging in the book this spring.
“Being suicidal and wanting to kill myself and leave my daughters without a mom is what made me look… you know, I needed help. And it was OK. And it was OK.
While dating Jeremy, she got pregnant and decided to have an abortion – but passed it off as a miscarriage on Teen Mom 2.

At that point, she chose to terminate the pregnancy because she felt having a baby with Jeremy would definitely destroy any hope of restarting her relationship with Corey which she had not yet fully left.
Aliannah, who goes through Ali, was diagnosed with a rare type of muscular dystrophy called Titin when she was just four years old.
In an interview with In Touch Weekly this summer, Leah said that “this girl, Ali, her determination is so inspiring.”
