Alice confirmed the news on her Instagram stories on Friday, saying the couple “ couldn’t make it work. ”
In a sincere and lengthy statement, the 34-year-old model explained how the couple went through “ ups and downs ” and added that they explored “ all avenues ” in order to operate their wedding.

“I will always take care of Jermaine and wish him the best but at this point, all avenues have been explored to make marriage work and sometimes things just aren’t meant to be.”
She concluded: “There is no drama, outrageous animosity or bitterness, just two people whose journey ended together. We have made this decision mutually, and we both look forward to the next chapter. “

Alice and Jermaine married in a lavish ceremony in Cheshire in 2014 after dating for three years.
Their separation comes two years after their marriage was shaken after Jermaine shared a kiss with model Chloé Ayling while watching Celebrity Big Brother.

Jermaine found himself in hot water when he was seen kissing Chloé on the thigh during a part of rotation of the bottle.
He also failed to inform Chloe that he was married, the truth later leaving her shocked.
Following the devastating scandal, Alice revealed that the couple had sought therapy and she decided to give her husband a last chance by drawing a line under his behavior.
Last year, he claimed to have been the victim of a poor cut and attacked the producers of CBB, accusing them of trying to provoke controversy over the ratings after revealing that the show had almost destroyed his marriage.

A Sky Sports spokesperson said Sportsmail: “Jermaine Pennant was the guest of Sky Sports News this morning. A decision by our production team was made to remove Jermaine from the program before its conclusion because his performance on the air did not meet our production standards.
Sky Sports declined to comment on whether Pennant will be used as a guest in the future.

Pennant is not under contract with Sky Sports and Sportsmail understands that they will not invite him again after he has been removed from their Talk Talk program.
The 37-year-old man has a history of alcohol abuse, having been convicted three times for driving under the influence of alcohol.
In 2005 Pennant was jailed for three months for driving while intoxicated after being banned from crashing into a lamp post when it was more than twice the legal limit and was gone with the pole sliding under his car.
When first questioned by the police, he told the police that he was Arsenal’s teammate at the time, Ashley Cole.
While playing for Stoke in 2012, Pennant was sentenced to eight weeks in prison, suspended for one year, and excluded from driving for three years after admitting to drinking and driving.
