PARKERSBURG – The following cases were heard in the Wood County Trial Court on November 29:

* Justin Randolf Stukey, 2429 Franklin Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to speed limits and fined $175.25.

* Catherine Elaine Thompson, 322 Habersham Rd., Martinez, Georgia, pleaded guilty to harvesting antlerless deer without an NN stamp and fined $190.25.

* John Nicholas Banks, 817 Burke St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to having no proof of insurance and was fined $370.25. A charge of abusive recording was dismissed.

* Curtis Leon Davis Jr., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to trespassing, fined $170.25 and given a suspended 30-day jail sentence and one year of unsupervised probation. He also pleaded guilty to a second offense of shoplifting, was fined $180.25, and was sentenced to six months in jail, which was deemed time served. He was ordered to pay a civil fine of $216.24 to CVS Vienna.

* Richard Allen Moore, 1851 7th St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to driving with a revoked license for impaired driving, fined $270.25 and sentenced to 30 days of home confinement.

* Cameron Michael Brooks-Harris, 827 Princeton Ave., Zanesville, pleaded guilty to reckless driving and fined $445.25. Charges of speeding and lack of proof of insurance were dismissed.

* George Alexander Jefferson III, Vienna, pleaded guilty to domestic battery charge and fined $220.25.

* Michael Anthony Laurnoff, 1021¢ 24th St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance without a valid prescription, was fined $180.25 and given a 90-day suspended prison sentence and a year in prison. unsupervised probation.

* Garry Joseph Boyce Jr., 3482 Smithton Rd., West Union, pleaded guilty to breach of protective order, fined $420.25 and 24 hours in jail.

*Robert Larry Horton Jr., 808 Quincy St., Apt. 3, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to conspiracy to violate the chapter (DNR); retain information; obstruction officers and a fine of $190.25.

* Jason Scott Drake, 4012 Shelving Rock Rd., Elizabeth, pleaded guilty to fleeing and driving with a suspended license, fined $940.50 and given a 60-day suspended jail sentence and a year in jail. unsupervised probation.

* Cameron Harvey Wise, 608 Pike St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to DUI under 21, fined $230.25 and ordered to undergo counseling for 60 days.

* Tyler Anthony Ridgeway, New Matamoris, was arraigned for assault and domestic assault and released on $1,000 bond.

* Jayden Blake Dillon, Parkersburg, was arraigned on domestic battery charges and released on $500 bond.

* Tanner Kyle Koontz, Parkersburg, was arraigned on two counts of shoplifting and released on $1,000 bail.

* John Alan Kelley, 1909 Avery St., Parkersburg, was charged with speeding, driving with a revoked impaired driving license, without insurance and operator violation and released on $3,000 bond .

* Shyyann Alexandria Trussell, 943 Swann St., Parkersburg, was charged with allowing an unauthorized person to drive and released on $1,000 bond.

* William Alexander Riffle, 2508 22nd Ave., Parkersburg, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and defective equipment and released on $2,000 bond.

* Garry Joseph Boyce Jr., 3482 Smithton Rd., West Union, was arraigned on four counts of breaching a protective order and being held on $4,000 bond.

* Jesse James Hickel, 7641 Pike St., Lot 4, Mineral Wells, was indicted for possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana, driving with a suspended license and without insurance and released on $3,000 bond.

* Jeremy Lyndall Jones, 5475 Slate Creek Rd., Rockport, pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle without an inspection certificate and was fined $175.25. A charge of having expired registration was dismissed.

* Kayla Nichole Brock, 22 Edgwood Park, Parkersburg, was charged with two counts of breaching a protective order and released on $500 bond.

* Brian Cadillac Barnett, 601 Barclay St. Lot 10, Belpre, was arrested for intentional possession and released on $20,000 bond.

* Joshua Kenneth Murphy, Cottageville, was arraigned for possession of a controlled substance and four counts of shoplifting and released on $900 bond.

* Gerald Wade Moran II, Parkersburg, was arraigned on domestic battery charges and released on $500 bond.

PARKERSBURG – The following cases were heard in the Wood County Trial Court on November 30:

* Robin Ruth Bailey, 1716 7th St., Parkersburg, has had a preliminary hearing waived on a charge of child abuse resulting in injury. The case was remanded to Wood County Circuit Court.

* Chancellor Cole Troutman, 3402 Glenn Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to reckless driving and fined $195.25. A charge of not having insurance was dismissed.

* Greg L. Adams, 2719 Beach Dr., Belpre, pleaded guilty to failing to obey a traffic control device and fined $180.25. A charge of lack of proof of insurance was dismissed.

* Chad Michael Davis, 1232 Juliana St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to obstruction and fined $220.25. Charges of assaulting a government employee and/or medical personnel, disorderly conduct and failure to treat were dismissed.

* April Marie White, 916 21st St., Vienna, pleaded guilty to driving a vehicle while impaired, less than 0.15, fined $355.25 and sentenced to jail .

* Nichole Danielle Kelley, 1713 Staunton Turnpike, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to obstruction, fined $170.25 and 30 days in jail.

* Jennifer L. Fieler, 1905 Nash St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to DUI, was fined $345.25 and was sentenced to jail.

* Thomas Ralph Hill, 115 Arrow Dr., Marietta, pleaded guilty to breaching a protective order, was fined $420.25 and given a suspended 15-day jail sentence and six months unsupervised probation. Three charges of breaching a protection order were dismissed.

* Sydney Dianne Woods, 324 Crown Manor Circle Ste 18, Mineral Wells, did not dispute following too closely and was fined $175.25. A charge of having an expired operator license was dismissed after evidence was provided.

* Nicole Ashley Gilbride, 22 Avon Place, Athens, pleaded guilty to failing to obey a traffic control device and fined $180.25. A charge of not having insurance was dismissed.

* Luchanna Eileen Shields, 2414 Oak St., Parkersburg, did not contest driving a second offense with a suspended license and a $270.25 fine.

* Gary Ray Henshaw III, 1226 Racy Rd., Petroleum, was indicted on two counts of failing to register as a sex offender and being held on $100,000 bail.

* Rachel D. Cain, 623 30th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned for expired MVI and expired registration and released on $500 bond.

* Jamey Joe Friend II, 509 Buckeye Street, Apt. 302A, Parkersburg, was charged with driving with a suspended license and released for $250.

* Chrisin Nick-Cole Kirby, 827 Lynn St., Walker, was arraigned for a second offense of shoplifting, under $500, and being held on $1,000 bail.

* Jeremy Alan Bock, 2107 7th Ave., Parkersburg, was charged with knowingly transmitting or receiving unauthorized money and released on $100 bond.

* Aaron Joseph Wince, 421 Big Painter Road, St. Marys, pleaded guilty to speeding and released for $180.25.

* Leanne Pearl Iverson, 1107 17th St., Parkersburg, had probable cause found on a charge of malicious assault causing bodily harm with intent to maim, disfigure, disable or kill. The case was remanded to Wood County Circuit Court.

* Francesco Placchetti Jr., 4009 Lincoln St., Parkersburg, was waived a preliminary hearing for a charge of Manufacture/Delivery/Possession with Intent to Manufacture/Deliver (Schedule I Narcotic or II). The case was remanded to Wood County Circuit Court.
