Laura Anderson has admitted she “did everything to make her family work” as she navigated her split from ex-boyfriend Gary Lucy.
The Love Island star, 34, accused Gary of “not supporting or seeing” their daughter Bonnie, seven months, in a scathing Instagram post.
Laura shared a video of herself holding her daughter Bonnie as she tried to stand in an adorable post she shared on Instagram.
The thinly veiled caption aimed at Gary read: “How anyone could live without seeing and supporting their child is beyond me.” I love you Bonnie Rose.
Laura clarified her remarks in the comments of the post, where a fan asked her about her on-off romance with Gary, after she posted a romantic appearance just a few months ago.

She wrote: “I did everything I could to keep my family working, fool me. There are no cryptic messages to anyone, I’m tired of hiding the truth. It is what it is.
Laura suggested that Gary had no contact with their daughter Bonnie.
She said: “Why do guys get away with what they want is mental. Imagine I didn’t pay for food, diapers, clothes, etc. from Bonnie.
Gary has four other children, India, 18, Elvis, 12, Sadie, seven, and Theodore, four – from his previous marriage to Natasha Gray.
Shortly after Laura posted Bonnie’s video, Gary shared new photos with Sadie and Theodore on a walk together.
Laura recently admitted that she never expected to be a single mother, but is determined to make it work for her daughter.
Laura and Gary met while filming Celebs Go Dating in July 2022 and have been together ever since.
The TV personality revealed she’s “tired” and her “social life has taken a backseat” now that she’s a single mother, but she “has to make it work” for her little girl .
Speaking to the Mirror, she said: “I think it was hard to understand at first, it wasn’t what I expected. But those were the cards I was ultimately dealt. Well sure, I’m going to make this work for my child, even more so I feel like I’m a really good mom, to be honest.
“I did everything I could to keep my family working, fool me. There are no cryptic messages to anyone, I’m tired of hiding the truth. It is what it is

Of her busy schedule, Laura continued: “She’s great, your social life takes a bit of a backseat, but most people, your good friends, understand that. Prioritize what you need to do, that’s just me.
“I have to make it work. I’m tired but of course I’m going to be tired. I’m raising a human soul, that’s what I signed up for.
“Think about how many moms struggle with work-life balance, it’s not just me. It’s so relatable and it’s the best thing about Love Island, having a social media following, I’ve definitely understood it better since having a baby. It’s so nice to resonate and it’s a really positive place to be.”
It comes after Laura confirmed she was “happily single” after fans were left to guess the status of her relationship with Gary.
The two were thought to be back together after sharing a kissing post on New Year’s Eve.
