The Golf for the Disabled Tour will host an event at a PGA Tour tournament for the first time in April.
The G4D event will be played in conjunction with the Byron Nelson CJ Cup in Texas on April 29-30.
The top eight men and top two women in the world rankings will compete in a stroke competition.
American Chris Biggins, third in the world, said it would be a “dream come true”, adding: “The G4D Tour has already changed my life.”
He continued: “It’s growing every year, and with this huge milestone, it’s sure to skyrocket even further. It will be a dream come true to play a G4D Tour event in front of a home crowd, alongside an event that I look since. I was a child.”
The G4D Tour was established in 2022 and its competitions typically run alongside DP World Tour events, with this year’s tour comprising nine tournaments in six different countries.
England’s Kipp Popert is world number one among the men, with compatriot Michael Browne seventh, while Ireland’s Brendan Lawlor is second.
Daphne van Houten of the Netherlands is the top-ranked player.
