Geena Davis Claims Brad Pitt Was So ‘Embarrassed’ About Butt He Begged Makeup Artist To Cover Him For Steamy Scene In Thelma & Louise
Geena Davis has claimed Brad Pitt was so “embarrassed” by a spot on his bum that he begged a makeup artist to cover it up.
The 66-year-old actress, who starred alongside the 58-year-old Hollywood superstar in 1991’s Thelma & Louise, joked he was happy to strip down for a steamy scene, as long as the button was hidden.
In an excerpt from her new book, Dying of Politeness, obtained by The Sun: She wrote, “Brad, for his part, couldn’t have cared less about all the hype around his looks.”

Geena continued, “He was just bothered by a tiny pimple on his butt that the makeup girl was covering up after every take.”
While discussing the film recently, Brad said he was “truly grateful” to director Ridley Scott and Geena for “[giving him] a shot’ and choose him for the role of JD
“I had nothing to show for myself, except my work as an extra, and they bet on me,” the 56-year-old actor explained in an interview published by The Sun.
While grateful for his breakthrough role, Pitt admitted he couldn’t help but cringe at the “high voice” he put on for the character.

“I am more aware of the pitch of my voice. My ass must have been so tight, being the first,’ the two-time Oscar winner joked.
Pitt also believes the 1991 film’s producers “were desperate” to play the role due to its production schedule.
“I think they were desperate, to tell you the truth. They were already filming because a week later I was on set, working.
During his last audition for Thelma & Louise, he faced “five other actors”, including George Clooney.
According to Brad, it was his co-star Geena who pulled him out of the pack.
‘The blonde. . . hello!’ gushed Geena at the time.
Brad officially landed the role in 1990, and the film premiered in theaters in the spring of 1991.
