Conor McGregor’s comeback camp is in full swing.
At the conclusion of UFC 300, it was announced that the former doubleweight champion would make his highly anticipated return to the Octagon against Michael Chandler at UFC 303 on June 29.
Since then, McGregor has stepped up his training and shared photos from his gym on social media.
On Thursday, “Notorious” uploaded 10 images to Instagram to give his 47.5 million followers a glimpse of what he’s working on ahead of his fight in Las Vegas this summer.
Most of them were typical of an MMA fight camp, as McGregor is seen hitting pads, stretching and walking around the cage at the end of a grueling session.
However, the last two photos highlighted the fact that a few unlikely guests interrupted her training day.

The first was a photo of a urine sample, presumably taken by UFC drug testing officers charged with keeping MMA’s premier promotion clean.
Another photo bizarrely shows a barber cutting McGregor’s hair while he sits in front of the cage he has been training in all day.
The post was captioned: “Ten rounds in the 18oz. Anti-doping tested. Haircut.”
McGregor hasn’t fought since breaking his leg in a trilogy bout with Dustin Poirier at UFC 264 in July 2021 – but he’s been in great shape for some time.
The 35-year-old ventured into the acting business and received rave reviews for his acting debut in Road House during his long absence.
In an exclusive interview with talkSPORT’s MMA channel, McGregor distanced himself from a career in Hollywood and recommitted to fighting full-time.
Now he wants to stop Chandler with the same leg that lost him in his last fight.
“God bless medical science,” McGregor said on This Life of Mine with James Corden.
God bless my pockets, my net worth, and, you know, my ability to afford care at the highest level. I had the best care.
“I’m ‘Terminator’ now. I have a titanium rod that goes into the knee and goes down to the bone, all the way to the ankle.
“It’s unbreakable, so I have carte blanche to kick now, so I’m ready to go and I’m excited. I wish and I’m going to work to nail this kick with this steel bar in the leg against an opponent and get him out of there.
“I want to see a picture of me in the octagon with my leg broken, and then I want to see a picture of me in the octagon with my leg wrapped around my opponent’s neck or head and putting them side by side. “
