Billie Eilish is the next musical artist to headline the Fortnite Festival, and fans couldn’t be more excited!
The Grammy-winning singer confirmed the news viaon Monday April 11. Teasing an appearance on the main stage the following day, she simply wrote: “Fortnite Festival Main Stage: 4.23.24.” »
ICYMI, Fortnite Festival launched in 2023, is the Fortnite launcher rhythm game developed by Rock Band Harmonix studio. The weekend And Lady Gaga have graced the main stage thus far, with Billie taking the reins this year.
Over the years, Fortnite has made a name for itself thanks to numerous concerts organized in its virtual space, in which artists like Marshmello And Travis Scott.

Billie is currently gearing up to release her upcoming third album, Hit me hard and soft, which will be released on May 17, 2024.
Last year, the pop singer opened up about what changed in the creative process as she worked on her third album.
“Everything is different about it,” she said of the music-making process while appearing as a guest on Dua Lipa’s “At Your Service” podcast in August 2023. “I tried to compare recently, just because I’m getting used to it. to do it in a different way. And I try to say to myself, “It’s good to do this. I’m doing well. I am still able to do it; I am still capable.
During Coachella in April 2024, Billie gave fans a sneak peek at her third studio album, hosting a party at Do Labs, where she shared snippets of upcoming tracks like “Chihiro,” “L’Amour De Ma Vie » and “Lunch”.
She explained that the new project has great sentimental value for her and her brother/musical collaborator. Finnéas.
“What Finneas and I told a few people when we started playing it for people was that we kind of made the album as if someone had said, ‘I want you to make a album and no one will hear it.’ ‘…We made an album without really thinking – or much – about how other people [would perceive it],” she explained. “So I found myself, when I play it for people, I’m kind of like, ‘You weren’t supposed to hear that.'”
