Ariana Grande’s single Ordinary things, which featured “Nonna”, debuted at number 55 on the Hot 100 list, making her grandmother the oldest artist to reach that spot.
The 30-year-old singer released her seventh studio album in March 2022 titled Eternal sun with his last song Ordinary things featuring Nonna in her release, recalling her late husband Frank, reached the Signposts Hot 100 list, marking the 98-year-old grandmother to be included in the said list.
On Instagram, Grande celebrated the achievement by posting a photo of Marjorie ‘Nonna’ Grande wearing a red turtleneck and a bright smile.
The photo also shows a red plaque from her granddaughter’s seventh album with a photo of herself, signifying her record-breaking performance.
“Certified with love,” it reads at the bottom.

“We love you and thank you,” she concluded.
Soon after, her fans flocked to the comments section to congratulate the senior artist on her achievement, including Rachel Zegler.
