Xiaomi’s Poco F1 already has a beta version of Android 10 in testing for over a month, and it looks like the company is finally ready to stabilize the software. In a message on the forum, he announced that he would start deploying the latest version of the operating system worldwide, and the first owners indicated that they were actually receiving the update.

Android 10 arrives on the Poco F1 in the form of MIUI version 11 (v11.0.6.0.QEJMIXM, to be specific), Xiaomi’s personalized interface above the Google operating system. In addition to the usual features of Android 10, such as a dark system-wide theme and location permission privacy improvements, MIUI 11 is also said to have its own improvements. You should have access to new fonts, custom ambient display messages, a high-speed wireless transfer protocol co-developed with Oppo and Vivo, and the suite of MI Work productivity apps. There are also some tweaks to the status bar and notifications and fixes to scroll through screenshots. The Android security patch of February 2020 is also on board.

According to PiunikaWeb, the update originally started in February, but the company encountered unspecified issues that caused a delay. The new software is coming to beta users for the first time to see if there are any issues. If all goes well, you should soon receive a notification that the OTA is available to you. You can also consult the About the phone section of your Poco F1 for a system update, but since this is a staged rollout, this might not help too much.
