Rod Stewart was spotted shopping on crutches six months after his £ 8,000 ankle surgery on Monday.
The rocker, 76, showed some love for his football team by sporting a Celtic mask in the club’s colors while on Oxford Street in central London.
Rod supported himself with a pair of crutches, while a male companion appeared to carry two shopping bags for the superstar during the trip.

Rod, who wore a boot on his right leg, looked distinctively stylish in a plaid blazer, which he wore over a white shirt and camel sweater.
The singer, who is married to his wife Penny Lancaster, also added a pair of slightly distressed cream jeans to his ensemble and a pair of sneakers.
At the end of the trip, Rod was seen getting into the back of a white Rolls Royce.

The hitmaker recently had £ 8,000 ankle fusion surgery and full knee replacement surgery.
Speaking to the Scottish Sun after appearing on crutches during Lorraine’s interview with his wife Penny Lancaster, he said: ‘My football days are over.
“I have a serious ankle injury that I suffered after being approached by my 15 year old son. However, I can always kick a ball when needed.

Rod also went under the knife last October just months after a successful knee replacement surgery and still occasionally uses crutches.
Elsewhere, his wife Penny was recently officially a Qualified Police Officer after receiving his City of London badge.
Sharing the exciting news on Loose Women, Penny told hosts Nadia Sawalha, Jane Moore and Kaye Adams: ‘I finally got my warrant card and a City of London police badge! ”

Appearing by video link for a segment titled ‘PC Penny’, the aspiring officer looked glamorous in a blue shirt as she explained, ‘I was able to finish the short. Me and the specials will be there [on the streets]”.
Discussing her determined nature, Penny continued, “ When I say I’m going to do something I’m normally 100% there, especially with the lockdown training and the lessons on Zoom.
“But I was able to complete the course. In fact, I still have a few lessons to follow, but my cohort, me and the specials will be there.
