While in Australia, Rita trained with Rebel Wilson’s personal trainer, Jono Castano.
Rita previously told Shape magazine that she loves staying in shape by doing circuit training.
“I usually train for one or two hours, depending on how much time I have. I do three circuits and I repeat this three times. I mostly focus on my thighs and butt, so I do a lot of squats and weightlifting,” she explained.

Rita arrived in Australia in early December ahead of filming for The Voice’s 2022 season.
