Manchester United let a three-goal lead slip away as Coventry forced them into the FA Cup semi-final.
The Red Devils looked home and dry at Wembley as they led 3-0 after 58 minutes, but three goals in less than 25 minutes saw the Championship side take the clash all the way.
Scott McTominay and Harry Maguire gave the Red Devils a 2-0 lead before half-time, before Bruno Fernandes appeared to have secured his place in the FA Cup final.
But Coventry, managed by former Man United man Mark Robins, were not going to be beaten that easily.
Ellis Simms started the comeback, before Matt O’Hare’s effort was deflected by Aaron Wan-Bissaka to set up a nervy finish.
Coventry pushed forward and got their reward in the fifth minute of injury time when Luis Binks’ cross hit Wan-Bissaka’s arm, resulting in a late penalty.
Haji Wright, who kept his cool in a high-stakes moment, sent Andre Onana the wrong way to send the tie into overtime.
