Lucy Watson has revealed that her dog Digby passed away over the weekend.
The former Made In Chelsea star, 30, took to Instagram on Tuesday to share a touching tribute to her ‘best friend’, almost seven years after welcoming her into her family.

“I still can’t believe this has happened and honestly, I can’t understand life without you, Digby.”
“Life will take you so high and then it will drop to a level you never thought possible. I knew that day would come, I used to cry just thinking about it.
“ I wish more than anything that we could have spent more time together … But I am so grateful for the time we were able to share and I know that I loved you as much as physically possible every day.
“Thank you for everything you taught me, it was the greatest honor to be loved by you (I know you were difficult). Forever in our hearts ❤️ never to be forgotten.

Lucy bought Digby, who was originally called Kevin, from The Pet Kingdom in Harrods in November 2013.
The media personality also expressed gratitude to other social media users who reached out to her with messages of support.
Jewelry entrepreneur Lucy wrote: “Thanks to everyone who sent me a message. It breaks my heart to hear how many of you have gone through a similar situation and I am sorry to all who have been or are going through this unbearable pain.
Digby’s passing has undoubtedly come as a shock to Lucy and her new fiancé James, 31, who raised the issue during a romantic boat trip to Greece earlier this month.

Lucy and James have been going strong since meeting on the E4 series in 2015, following their unfortunate adventures with Andy Jordan, Jamie Laing, Spencer Matthews, and Oliver Proudlock.
The beloved duo left the series just a year after entering into a relationship and bought their first home in London in August 2017.
They spent almost 12 months renovating their Victorian home, an experience Lucy had previously insisted on being ‘great’ for their romance.

The designer told MailOnline in 2018: ‘James is obsessed! He’s really into architecture and interiors, and he’s so practical. I actually had no idea how active he would be.
“At the beginning, we clashed a bit. I am so stubborn and so is he. But then you realize that you’re good at it and I’m good at it, so it’s best to work together. It has been great for our relationship. ”
On how they managed to maintain a lasting romance, the brunette said: ‘You have to choose who you are with.
“ You can get into a lot of relationships with people you end up with, but you have to see if their personalities and goals match yours.

“ I think a lot of people end up falling into things, and it doesn’t work because there hasn’t been a lot of thought process. ”
At the time, Lucy insisted that she didn’t feel pressured to marry or have children, explaining, “ I don’t know when, but I know James will probably be the one to be with. I’ll finish, unless something drastic happens.
“I am now set for the predictable. Unlike my friends, I don’t have goals set for marriage and children. They put a lot of pressure on themselves to achieve these goals, but I don’t. When it feels right for both of us, then we’ll do it, but we’ll have to see.
Nowadays, the influencer focuses on her accessory brand Creature Jewelery and vegan projects, while the hunk is signed to Models 1 Management.
