net stop bits
net stop msiserver - Rename Software Distribution with this command:

net start bits
net start msiserver - Then exit the command prompt and select the Start menu option to restart Windows.

Reregistering an application is similar to reinstalling, but stops short of removing it from Windows. You can re-register MS Store files by running a PowerShell command to re-register the specified apps. Running this command for Microsoft Store can breathe new life into the app.
Here is how to re-register MS Store in Windows 11.
- Right click Begin to select a Windows terminal (administrator) option.

- Press your keyboard Walk in button to run.

- Although not an essential step, it is recommended to restart your PC after uninstalling Microsoft Store.
- Relaunch PowerShell.
- Now reinstall Microsoft Store by entering this text and tapping your Walk in button:
Get-AppxPackage -allusers WindowsStore | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register “$($_.InstallLocation)AppXManifest.xml”}
