Model Gisele Bundchen cried after being stopped by police as she told the officer she was trying to escape the paparazzi.
The 43-year-old man was arrested earlier this week while driving in Surfside, Florida.
Bodycam footage shows the officer asking Band to roll down the window, to which she replies: “But the paparazzi are there.”
The Brazilian then told the police officer that she was “just trying to escape this guy.”
“I understand who you are,” the officer responds. “I can not do anything about it.”
The officer then said to him: “I will do you a courtesy today. »
The mother of two, who moved to Florida after her divorce from former NFL quarterback Tom Brady, tells the officer she feels like the photographer following her is “stalking” her and melting into tears.
“Nothing protects me. I can’t do anything. I just want to live my life!” she sobbed.
The officer says he can’t stop the paparazzi from “doing their job” and photographing her.
He suggests she file a report with the Miami Beach police since the incident started there.
It is unclear whether Bundchen filed a report or not.
