Waiting at the DMV can be a chore for most of us – but not if you’re a Hollywood star like Gwyneth Paltrow.
The Oscar-winning actress, 48, received the VIP treatment at the Santa Monica DMV on Monday, bypassing a line of 50 people and exiting in just 30 minutes.
Paltrow kept a low profile as he slipped through the back door of the building with a bodyguard around 11 a.m.
Meanwhile, a long line of around fifty regular people stood in front and patiently waited for their turn outside on a 63-degree cloudy day in Southern California.

As she went about her business, Gwyneth’s bodyguard was seen chatting with a DMV employee in blue who told them where to park and then helped them out.
The maven Goop’s trip was quick and was seen leaving about 30 minutes after arriving.
While Paltrow enjoyed the perks of being famous, she previously said being a celebrity was a “ pretty terrible ” experience.
