The 42-year-old actress and her 37-year-old hair and makeup artist walked the red carpet at Casa Cipriani in New York on Monday.
The rare public outing comes just days after Ricci and Hampton celebrated Halloween as a family.

He posed side by side with his wife – just weeks after celebrating their first wedding anniversary in October.
Hampton completed her look with a pair of shiny black dress shoes for the red carpet event.

Ricci made headlines last month when it was revealed she would be playing a new character named Ms. Thornhill in Netflix’s Wednesday series.
The actress was just 11 when she played Wednesday Addams in the 1991 film The Addams Family, which she reprized in 1993’s Addams Family Values.
Jenna Ortega will play Wednesday Addams in the new Netflix series that follows her years as a college student, which premieres November 23.
