NEW ORLEANS – Privateers Men’s Basketball Head Coach Marc Slessinger promotes former video and analytics coordinator Bradley Feig to the Director of Basketball Operations.
“Bradley is a bright young star in the coaching world. He is a hard worker, intelligent and creative. Throughout his years with our program, he has consistently excelled in every task he has taken on and added value every day to our student-athletes,” Slessinger said.
“Bradley has a basketball spirit and is constantly looking to grow and improve. I know he’s a proud University of New Orleans alumnus. This program and City mean so much to him.”
As the Video and Analytics/Internal Operations Coordinator in New Orleans for the past two years, Feig managed all video-related activities for the program, including scouting and creating statistical and analytical breakdowns of opponents. . He has streamlined and created content and video packages for student-athletes targeting individual and team development.
As general manager of the Privateers from 2017 to 2020, he was involved in team travel and summer camps.
A three-year graduate of the New Orleans School of Marketing, Feig earned summa cum laude honors in May 2020. In December 2021, the Tucson, Arizona native earned his master’s degree in business administration. In the community, he serves on the advisory board for the New Orleans Department of Recreation and helps coordinate New Orleans basketball clinics and activities with Louisiana Special Olympics.
“I am extremely grateful to Coach Slessinger and the staff for this opportunity. Having graduated two degrees from the University of New Orleans, I am fortunate to continue to be a part of this great institution as Director of basketball operations,” Feig said.
“I’m excited to get to work and compete for a championship this season!”
Feig was instrumental in the accomplishments of the Privateer 2021-22 men’s basketball season:
– Southland (SLC) All-Conference 1st Team Selection Green Troy and Derek St-Hilaire
– #1 national ranking of free throws taken (FTM)
– SLC #1 ranking in defensive efficiency and defense after timeout (ATO)
– #4 national ranking in Transition Point & 10th in Tempo offensively
