Sammy, who also dated TV star Danny Dyer’s daughter before winning Love Island with ex Jack Fincham, is said to have taken £ 34,000 of their money for him.
His victims, Peter Martin and Peter Haynes, were allegedly clients of a legitimate investment company where Kimmence previously worked.
Sammy, of Rayleigh, Essex, allegedly picked up the customers when the business went out of business, wrongly claiming that he was authorized to provide financial services.
Kimmence, dressed in an elegant black two-part suit with his black hair straightened back, appeared before a judge at Portsmouth Crown Court, Hants.
He spoke only to confirm his name, date of birth and nationality before denying two counts and will now be tried in summer.
Prosecutor Mike Mason told the court that “special measures” have been put in place for the alleged victims of Kimmence. A court registry previously declared that the men, who both live on the south coast, are potentially “vulnerable”.
