And Pierce Brosnan revealed that he will exhibit his works on May 13, 2023, in Santa Monica.
The James Bond star, 69, made the announcement during his Tuesday appearance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.

He looked as dashing as ever in a steel gray suit, over a white shirt and complemented by a navy blue pocket square.
He explained, “I put it off so much because of work and so, finally, I said, ‘Whatever movie I’m doing, I’m going to do the show.
Host Jimmy asked the actor if he was nervous, to which he replied, “Well, not now, but I will be then.”

Pierce said he had been painting since 1987 and confessed he was self-taught.
Speaking about the inspiration for his painting ‘Ear Plugs’, he explained: ‘It’s really nice. I’m a big fan of Lichtenstein, Roy Lichtenstein, a great artist. I am a big fan of his work. And I painted it when I was doing Goldeneye at Leavesden Studios.
‘They give you these little packets [of earplugs] whenever there are explosions. And so, I thought I was just going to paint it. So, for six months, I painted that.
Determined: He explained: “I postponed this so much because of work and so, in the end, I said, ‘Whatever movie I’m doing, I’m going to do the show'”
For a second piece named ‘Picasso’, Pierce said: ‘[Picasso] influences me. I really appreciate his work, it’s a great source of inspiration. Everything begins, begins and ends with Pablo.
Speaking about what brought him to art, he revealed: ‘Well I left school at 16, 17 with nothing but a cardboard folder of drawings and paintings . I got a job in a small studio in Putney, South London, and thought ‘I’m off to be an artist’.
“And then I discovered the theater, or the theater discovered me. And thank God for that!

Elsewhere in the chat, Pierce discussed his latest role in DC superhero Black Adam as Doctor Fate.
He admitted, “It was the last thing on my mind to play a superhero like Doctor Fate.”
He then revealed that he auditioned for Tim Burton’s Batman, a role that ultimately went to Michael Keaton.

He confessed: “I remember saying something stupid to Tim Burton, I said, ‘You know, I don’t understand any man who would wear his underpants outside of his pants.
Pierce graciously added, “The best man got the job, and you know, Doctor Fate and I were supposed to meet on the same page, I think.”
Jimmy asked Pierce about his iconic costume for the DC movie, with Pierce replying, “Everyone wants to know what it was like to put the costume on.” What was it like putting on the helmet? You can’t see anything! It is darkness.

Pierce opened up about his passion for art in an interview last year and shared his plans to have an exhibit in Santa Monica, California.
He revealed that his wife, Keely, 56, screened a documentary at the Cannes Film Festival, and when organizers found out Pierce was a painter, they asked him to auction an artwork for amFAR – a charity supporting AIDS research.

In an interview with Parade magazine, Pierce said, “I had done a painting of Bob Dylan, who is one of my great heroes.”
“It sold for $1.4m (£1.1m) and Keely and I just danced the night away. If it could be like this all the time, I would definitely give up acting.
Pierce began painting in 1987 when his late wife, Cassandra Harris, was diagnosed with ovarian cancer. Their daughter Charlotte died of the same disease in 2013 at the age of 41.
