Amazon now lets you get an official Apple 67W USB-C charger at a really reasonable price. Our favorite Cupertino company has a habit of overpricing some of its first-party accessories, and its 67W power adapter certainly fits the bill with a list price of $59. But now Amazon is stepping in and offering it for $29.99 shipped. It’s almost 50% off now and is a new all-time low. That’s $9 less than our previous mention which also had it at $39 a few months ago. Today’s discount is also matched at Best Buy. So if only one of Apple’s in-house solutions can do the trick, this wall charger is definitely worth it now.
Apple’s official 67W USB-C charger is designed for its latest MacBook Air and allows you to keep a compatible charger in your bag or simply elsewhere around the house. It has the usual white plastic shell and Cupertino-designed quality you’d expect from a premium Apple accessory, plus a single USB-C port design that can charge your MacBook Air M2 from zero to 50 percent in only 30 minutes. minutes. However, you will need to provide your own cable.
Just because Apple’s official model is worth considering now doesn’t mean we can’t recommend a lower-cost alternative. Anker’s 67W USB-C charger is priced at a more affordable $21, letting you get the same single-port design with an additional $9 in savings. This is not an official Apple charger, of course. But if there’s one player in the space that we can recommend with the same kind of confidence as Apple, it would be Anker.
