R&B singer R. Kelly has pleaded not guilty to 13 charges of sexual assault in Chicago, including allegations involving a new accuser.
The new alleged victim, named Minor Six, was included in an updated federal indictment.
Prosecutors also said they seized more than 100 electronic devices, such as smartphones, iPads and hard drives, after executing a search warrant.
The judge set the trial date for October 13, six months later than planned.
The Chicago case includes several charges accusing Kelly of child pornography. The top singer, whose full name is Robert Kelly, has always denied the allegations.
The updated indictment is largely the same as the original – which also included 13 charges – but now includes a reference to minor six.
Prosecutors have provided few details on the alleged new victim, but said the person had met Kelly in the late 1990s at the age of 14 or 15.
The indictment states that Kelly “had sexual contact and sexual acts” with minor six and four others when they were under 18 years of age.

The R&B singer faces multiple charges of sexual abuse in the United States and the federal government.
Kelly was arrested in Chicago in July on two counts, including sex trafficking, images of child abuse and obstruction of justice.
He has previously pleaded not guilty to more than 20 sexual offenses in several US states, including charges of prostitution in Minnesota.
The allegations were brought back into the spotlight following the documentary series Surviving R. Kelly, which aired in the United States in early 2019.
He detailed stories of him chasing adolescent girls dating back to his early career.
