Katy Perry and Dua Lipa are set to collaborate on a new track together.
Lipa reportedly previously turned down an offer to appear on Perry’s track “Teary Eyes,” which appears on his latest studio album, “Smile” (2020).

Elsewhere, the ‘Levitating’ singer wanted Perry to contribute to ‘Ball & Chain’ – an unreleased song from ‘Future Nostalgia’ – but the latter artist was reportedly too busy at the time of recording.
Talk to The sun (Going through Music-News.COM), a source explained that Lipa and Perry “are both fans of each other” and hope to finally join forces soon.
“Until now it was a matter of schedules and Dua was determined not to collaborate with ‘Future Nostalgia’,” they said. “But now she’s looking ahead and has plenty of people she wants to work with.”
Dua Lipa recently revealed that her upcoming third album is “50% done” and “starting to feel good.”
” It starts to take shape. I’m really excited about some of the new songs, so it’s always exciting to look forward to something,” she told Elton John, who she collaborated with on “Cold Heart (PNAU Remix)” l ‘last year.
During an interview with The Wall Street Journal in January, Lipa said her next record was “still in baby form” and that she was “in no rush” to release the material, but had “recorded a lot of it”.
She continued, “He has a vision. It has a name, I think, for now. It was just fun to experiment. I’m still going to do pop music, but it has its own unique sound, which is exciting and something like a ‘Future Nostalgia’ movement.
