MARVEL Snap is a brand new collectible card battle game. In it, you assemble a Marvel dream team from a massive roster of fan favorites by collecting different cards and their variations, then battle with other players in fast-paced multiplayer action.
Earlier this month, the game launched a very limited closed beta for Android devices. Although you can sign up to participate, YouTuber Khasino – who once found a way to help us participate in the soft launch of Marvel Super War (which wasn’t available in the US) – found a workaround. which will let you start playing MARVEL Snap on your Android device or PC right now.
Now normally I would just suggest joining the closed beta following the appropriate steps, but as Khasino points out, any progress you make – like rewards, currency, etc. – in the closed beta will continue in the full game at launch. Naturally, this could create an unfair competitive advantage for those who had access to the closed beta. So Khasino has taken it upon himself to find a way to get us all into the closed beta right now.
It’s a fairly simple process although it does involve downloading some third-party files to your Android or PC. Don’t worry, he’s put together an incredibly helpful and easy-to-digest video to walk you through the process step by step.
How to Install MARVEL Snap on Android
Start by downloading a file explorer from the App Store. Khasino recommends the Solid Explorer file manager. Then you will download Split APKs Installer (SAI). Once you have those two apps, you’re going to want to download the .apks file for MARVEL Snap (there’s a link to it in the Khasino video description).
However, as Khasino points out, the file is incorrectly labeled with a “.apks.apk” at the end, so you’ll have to use File Explorer to change the file name and remove the “.apk” at the end. . Once the file is renamed, open Split Android Installer and start installing the game.
Once you’ve done that, you’re good to go. You can start playing MARVEL Snap on Android
You can also play MARVEL Snap on PC!
The closed beta of MARVEL Snap is only available on Android, but you can play it on PC using an Android emulator. Bluestacks is a fantastic emulator that you can use on your PC. The steps to get MARVEL Snap running on your PC through the emulator are similar to doing it on an Android, but watch Khasino’s video above for step-by-step instructions (starts around 3:27).
I should note that while this process is working now, it’s entirely possible that the devs will fix this. So hurry up if you’re interested.
