Former ABC Family Senior Vice President of Business Affairs Sabrina Padwa, e-Netflix Chief Legal Officer Asheley Dean, former House of Mouse Head of Legal Bob Thompson and former Paramount Television Studios attorney Stephanie Krause has joined the Avenue of the Stars boutique team. . Sabrina joins Yorn Levine as a partner.
She comes from Disney where she was Senior Vice President of Business Affairs for ABC Family, leading strategy, structure and negotiations on all development and production deals for scripted and unscripted series, movies, events. and ABC Family acquisition projects, in addition to managing the commercial affairs team. Prior to her title of Senior Vice President, Sabrina was an executive for 16 years, specifically focused on the ABC Signature and Freeform businesses.
Sabrina received her JD from the University of Virginia Law School and her BA from Wesleyan University.
Asheley joins Yorn Levine as Senior Counsel.
Prior to joining Yorn Levine, she was Director of Business and Legal Affairs at Netflix, where she was promoted from Head of Original Series to Director and Chief Negotiator for several live-action and scripted series and projects. adult entertainment, including “Inside Job” and “The Crew.”
She received her JD from the University of California, Hastings College of Law.
Bob joins Yorn Levine as lead counsel.
Previously, Bob worked for Disney and Fox in the legal department, navigating complex legal issues and settlements on shows such as Homeland, The Americans and Pose.
Bob received his LLM with honors from the University of Los Angeles School of Law, focusing on entertainment and media law. He received his JD from Emory University Law School.
Stephanie joins Yorn Levine as associate attorney.
In her previous role as an attorney at Paramount Television Studios, Stephanie was the lead production attorney for Paramount shows produced for Apple TV, Netflix, Hulu, HBOMax, TNT and BET, including Emmy Award nominations. station eleven and The Haunting of Bly Manor.
Stephanie received her JD from the Gould School of Law at the University of Southern California.
