Xiaomi Mi Mix 3 gets stable global update for Android 10

Today, Xiaomi has started rolling out the update to Android 10, with MIUI 11 at the top, for the Mi Mix 3 of 2018. We are talking about a stable world version, no “beta stable” shenanigans here, and no chinese stuff.

The update is currently available for “other regions of the world”, ie those which are not India, Indonesia, Russia or the EU – as they have their own codes firmware. However, this is a start, and we hope that the update will arrive soon in all “global” regions (in Xiaomi language).

If you’re lucky enough to have “the other global ROM” on your Mix 3, then expect to see a notification asking you to install MIUI 11.0.3.0 (QEEMIXM) on your phone. It is a download of about 2 GB, and once you install it, you also get the security patch level of February 2020, as well as a bunch of bug fixes and various optimizations from performances.
