Jorge Mendes is looking for a new Premier League club for Wolves boss Nuno Espirito Santo.
The agent, whose team includes Cristiano Ronaldo and Jose Mourinho, aims to secure his client a new job in England’s top flight after his impressive stint at Molineux.
Reports in the Sun also claim that Mendes was in talks with Arsenal over a possible change to Nuno when Mikel Arteta was under pressure in the Emirates.
However, Arteta has stabilized things in north London and appears to be putting Arsenal back on track.
Nuno, who put on paper a contract extension with Wolves last September until 2023, would like to stay in England.
LaLiga is also an option for him, having worked with Valencia in the 2014/15 campaign.
Nuno is happy with his current situation, but Mendes has his eye on securing his client a more prestigious role in the near future after a meteoric rise in management.
Nuno was recommended for the Manchester United post in December 2018 following the sacking of Jose Mourinho.
However, the Red Devils hierarchy opted to name club legend Ole Gunnar Solskjaer after a superb stint as interim boss – and he led United to first place in the Premier League earlier this week.
