My need for speed. Whether in the office or at home, I like to finish things before the deadline and without any compromises. It makes me overwork myself working non-stop.

My mom told me when I had just started my first business: “Don’t just work hard, work smart.” She passed away 4 years ago, but this line defined my work style.
