(NEXSTAR) — If you’re watching Super Bowl LVIII just to spot Taylor Swift, there’s a good chance you’ve already spotted her during game coverage.
Swift and her entourage are seated in a suite donated by Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce, whom she has been dating since the opening weeks of the NFL season.
Kelce reportedly purchased the sequel, which cost more than $1 million, sources told TMZ.
“I’m not doing much different other than just counting how much money I’m spending on this damn Super Bowl for family and friends to come. I’m just making sure I’m on top of my finances and losing all this money,” Kelce said earlier this week during an episode of “New Heights,” the podcast he does with his brother Jason Kelce, center for the Philadelphia Eagles.
Jason Kelce was among those in attendance, seen talking with Swift before the match.
Donna and Ed Kelce, as well as Jason Kelce’s wife, Kylie Kelce, were also in the suite.
That’s not all, of course.
Swift’s parents, Andrea and Scott Swift, and her brother Austin are also there, as are members of Swift’s “inner circle,” including actor Blake Lively, rapper Ice Spice, Ice Spice’s producer RIOTUSA and stylist and designer Ashley Avignone.
Lana Del Rey could also be seen standing near Swift and the other housemates.
Swift completed her epic journey from Tokyo Dome to Allegiant Stadium for the Super Bowl on Sunday, flying across nine time zones and the international date line of her Eras tour to arrive about two hours before kickoff.
She walked in wearing a black outfit with a red jacket slung over her shoulder, apparently getting the memo from Kelce and many bosses. He wore a shimmering black suit, quarterback Patrick Mahomes wore his own black suit and even Chiefs coach Andy Reid wore a black blazer as the Chiefs leaned into the villain role they were cast in.
Even Kelce’s mother, affectionately known as Mama Kelce, arrived at the Super Bowl wearing a black jacket.
There was plenty of star power besides Swift for the NFL’s marquee night. Usher was performing at the Super Bowl halftime show and was rumored to have several guests planned, while Post Malone and Reba McEntire were performing before the game.
However, few have been in the spotlight brighter than Swift. Her exit from the Tokyo Dome, where she promised her fans that “we’re all going to have a great adventure”, had Swifties around the world looking at flight trackers online, while her boyfriend seemed to have just as many questions on his relationship than on the game. as kick-off approaches.
When asked to explain his intense interest, Kelce responded, “I think the values that we stand for and who we are as people – we like to shine a light on other people, shine a light on the people that we help and support us, and on top of that. , I think we both love life.
Kelce and Swift won’t have much time together no matter how the game plays out.
After winning a record fourth Album of the Year award at the Grammys for “Midnights,” announcing the release of her upcoming album in April and attending the Super Bowl, Swift is expected to return across the Pacific later this week . The international leg of his Eras tour resumes on Friday evening with the first of three shows at the Melbourne Cricket Ground.
“This week is truly the best kind of chaos,” she posted on Instagram on Wednesday.
