With the Beaverton brand’s spring releases just getting started, a slew of iconic and newly redesigned offerings are ready to deliver a dynamic range of styles, like tomorrow’s release of the women’s exclusive Air Jordan 4 “Oil Green.”
Originally teased and dubbed “Seafoam Green”, the tricolor set mimics the color blocking widely attributed to the brand, most famously associated with the “Fire Red” aesthetic of 1989. Reserving the majority of its plated leather upper for an assemblage of crisp white hues, stimulating jet black contrasts fill the midfoot and tongue window panels before further anchoring the rubberized heel overlay and presiding tongue. Dipping its sectioned midsole, sock and tongue liner, Jumpman insignia, and lacewings in seasonal “Oil Green,” the simplistic effort established another addition to the Jordan stash of female audiences.
