WHEN KARTIK APPEARS ARIANA GRANDE TO AISHWARYA
In the viral video, Kartik Aaryan is seen in a group video call with four other people. Someone reads a tweet displayed on screen that shows Aishwarya Rai wearing a green ensemble. Her hair is tied in a high ponytail. The user shared the photo, saying, “Aishwarya Grande (sic).” The screen then shows a very similar image of Ariana Grande wearing a green cropped top with her signature high ponytail.
