David Moyes has warned potential suitors they will have to pay a British record transfer fee if they want to sign Declan Rice.
The 24-year-old has been linked with a move away this summer with the midfielder tied down in east London until 2024.

Rice played the starring role in West Ham’s 1-1 draw with Newcastle on Saturday
Arsenal have reportedly made him their No.1 priority with reports indicating they are ready to offer the Hammers £80million.
And it has been said that the England international is in favor of a move to the Emirates instead of a return to boyhood club Chelsea if he leaves.
In another boost for the Gunners, Spanish media say Real Madrid have ruled out a transfer for the player as he has ‘given his word’ to Arsenal that he will join them.
But Moyes has insisted that Arsenal will have to pay considerably more than £80million if they want to secure his services, as he hinted at Enzo Fernandez’s transfer fee.
The World Cup winner linked up with Chelsea from Benfica earlier in the week for a British record £106.8million.
And Moyes insisted any sale for Rice would blow Fernandez’s record ‘out of the water’.

Moyes says Rice’s potential sale would eclipse Fernandez’s UK transfer record
Speaking of Rice’s dazzling performance after the 1-1 draw with Newcastle on Saturday, Moyes said: “I don’t know if I need to say the words, I think you can say the words if you have it. looked like I saw it.
“I thought he was a top player in the first half, he really was, he showed so much.
“Declan will undoubtedly be a top player.
“And no doubt he will be a British transfer record and more each time he leaves West Ham.”

Arsenal target Rice tied to London Stadium until 2024
When asked if Rice’s departure from the London Stadium was inevitable, Moyes remarked: “I hope it’s not, I hope he sees his time here.
“But look, we talk about it a lot and when we see what is happening for the prices.
“I think Declan will blow this (British record) out of the water for sure when it comes.”
After being released by Chelsea aged 14 in 2014, Rice joined West Ham’s academy, where he made his debut in the 2016/17 season.
He scored 11 goals in 221 games for the Hammers as he became a key player for England after being capped 39 times.
