Blake Bryant, a public relations and marketing veteran, has been appointed communications manager for Warner Bros. Global Brands and Experiences.
He will report to Pam Lifford, President, Global Brands and Experiences, and Johanna Fuentes, Head of Global Communications, Warner Media Studios and Networks Group. He will be based in Los Angeles.
Bryant will oversee external and internal communications for Global Brands and Experiences, DC, Warner Bros. Consumer Products, Themed Entertainment and the Global Franchise group. He will lead the teams responsible for consumer advertising, while acting as the head of executive, commercial and strategic communications. He will also work with the various advertising teams of the Studios and Networks group on all communications related to the franchise.

Prior to joining WBGBE, Bryant was SVP, Global Marketing and Advertising, Warner Bros. Unscripted Television, with responsibility for all program advertising, marketing, brand management, media strategy, crisis communications, and creative advertising for all programming produced by the three Warner Bros. programs. unscripted divisions (Warner Horizon Unscripted Television, Shed Media and Telepictures). Bryant has worked on series such as The Ellen DeGeneres Show, The Bachelor and its consequences, Who Do You Think You Are ?, Ellen’s Real Gaming Game, Additional and Ava Duvernay’s first unscripted series, the next The sweetness of the home.
Prior to joining Warner Bros., Bryant worked for seven years as Vice President of Creative Services at Disney / ABC Domestic Television where he oversaw the creation and advertising of consumer marketing and sales for off-grid programming and unionized unit. Prior to working in the studios, he spent over 20 years in the marketing, advertising, production, programming and operation of local television stations, including seven years with the NBC Owned Television Station group in Los Angeles, Chicago and San Francisco.
He has been recognized with numerous broadcast marketing awards, including three Emmy Awards and Local Market Nominations and six NATAS Emmy Awards for his work on The Ellen DeGeneres Show.
