Viola Davis and her daughter, Genesis Tennon, love Beyonce’s new Ivy Park collection, “Icy Park”. The How to escape murder The star took to social media on Tuesday, February 23 to thank Beyonce for sending a promotional package for Icy Park in her own way.
“Thanks @Beyonce,” Viola wrote to the “Formation” singer. “Genesis and I love the new #IcyPark collection from @ WeAreIvyPark,” said Davis.
Viola also uploaded candids of her and Genesis wearing pieces from Bey’s latest clothing collection. Genesis wore a pink outfit from the line while his mom wore a brown outfit with the matching coat.
“We weren’t ready,” said one fan in response to Viola and Genesis’ candidacies that promoted Bey’s Icy Park collection. “You two are amazing,” wrote another fan.
Beyonce launched her Icy Park collection from her Ivy Park brand last week. The clothing line is already selling thanks to Bey fans eagerly awaiting Icy Park’s release.
“There were the #IVYPARK items in my cart… so they were sold out,” a Twitter fan said in reference to not being able to purchase pieces from Beyonce’s latest clothing collection. Another supporter wrote: “Sooooooo is someone else having a problem because I placed my order and didn’t receive any email (sic),[and the] money [is] still in my account. Like, come on Beyonce! I just want my Ivy Park.
Customers began sharing the news of Icy Park’s sale hours after its debut on the Adidas website last Friday (February 19). The collection became available in select stores around the world.
Beyonce revealed that fashion was the saving grace for her family during the chaos of last year. “During my forties, fashion was a place of escape for me,” the famous mom said in a recent interview with Vogue: Great Britain. “My kids and I imagined Fashion Fridays,” Beyonce explained. “Every Friday we would dress in my clothes or make clothes together and take pictures. It has become for us a ritual and an opportunity to manage this crazy year together.
