You can’t stop Flag Football Geno Smith, you can only hope to contain him.
In Game 1 of the three-game series between the AFC and NFC in the 2023 Pro Bowl, the Seattle Seahawks quarterback just destroyed the AFC defense in this 7-on-7 contest. Smith pitched five touchdowns for a single interception and led the NFC to a dramatic victory in a 4th conversion to Dallas Cowboys star receiver CeeDee Lamb.
By far, his best shot of the day was his penny in the middle against Minnesota Vikings tight end TJ Hockenson, who beat Buffalo Bills linebacker Matt Milano in coverage. Wanted a tight end shot in the middle of the field? Good shit there you go! And that stopped Pete Davidson from talking a bit, so it’s like a bonus touchdown.
Geno’s other touchdowns went to 49ers tight end George Kittle, again CeeDee Lamb and 49ers fullback Kyle Juszczyk.

The Pro Bowl Games continue, but Geno’s day is over. I think he increased his value by a few million more just with today’s performance. As far as I’m concerned, throwing a touchdown at Kittle is basically recruiting to get George to Seattle via trade. What a teammate!
