It comes after Victoria’s son Brooklyn was abruptly removed as a Superdry ambassador.
The fashion designer is said to be devastated by the news after claiming she helped her eldest son, 23, land the deal with the brand to boost his profile.
A source told Heat magazine: ‘She pulled a lot of strings to get him his Superdry gig. It was supposed to help build his profile […] so that he can begin to build a future for himself.
They said Brooklyn “would have said no to various shoots and campaigns” that Superdry had requested, as “it didn’t suit his schedule”.

The insider continued, “Victoria and David have worked so hard to get where they are and it’s such a disappointment to see Brooklyn squander those opportunities.”
They further alleged that Brooklyn did not want the deal with Superdry and instead wanted to work with Gucci, “accusing him of pushing him into it”.
They concluded: “Of course Victoria now feels guilty for trying to help in the first place and is trying to step back. But it’s really hard for her and David to watch.
However, a source close to Victoria told MailOnline: ‘Victoria was not involved in securing the deal for Brooklyn so there is no truth to this story.
MailOnline has contacted representatives for the Beckhams for comment.
Abrupt end: The Mail on Sunday revealed Superdry ended its £1million deal with Brooklyn earlier this month
The Mail on Sunday revealed Superdry ended its £1million deal with Brooklyn earlier this month.
The company announced in November that he was their newest brand ambassador, celebrating with a party at its flagship Oxford Street store in London, where guests included Liam Gallagher’s sons Gene and Lennon, the Marchioness of Bath and Lady Kitty Spencer.
In her role, Brooklyn posed in Superdry clothes and uploaded promotional messages to her 14 million Instagram followers.
However, he has drawn criticism for an apparent conflict with some of his other business ventures.
Social media users pointed out he was promoting Superdry’s vegan trainers when he was a meat-eating chef who was filmed cooking a steak.
