Hay Day is a popular farming game which has been available on Android since November 2013. The Hay Day Android app has recently received an update.
However, it seems that the latest update has inconvenienced Android users as they are facing some issues.
Hay day
According to multiple reports, Hay Day is not working, stuck on loading screen, or crashes for Android users.
Many users are experiencing this issue after the last Hay Day update, which is a clear indication that the issue could be widespread.
However, an official workaround for these issues is available for affected Hay Day players.
Depending on the support, affected users can try to clear the cache and data of the Hay Day app by going to the Manage applications section under Settings.
Also, users should select the Force shutdown option before clearing cache and data and then install any Hay Day update available from the Play Store and restart the device.
Although the workaround appears to fix the issues, the fix is only temporary as user reports indicate that the issues start again after a while.
@hayday My game is still not loading. I cleared cache and data, restarted my device, and even uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Still does not work.

It’s unclear exactly why Hay Day isn’t working for Android users and the lack of a workaround or proper fix adds to their dilemma.
However, the problem has been officially recognized and the affected team is working on a solution for the same.
Hopefully, game developer Supercell will release a fix for these issues soon so that users can play Hay Day without any issues.

Hay Day confirmed, once again, that they are working on a fix. According to the team, they are preparing an optional update that should fix the issue for all Android users.
However, it may take a few days for the update to start rolling out, although the team aims to release it sooner.

Incoming is yet another update on the issue that the team is waiting for the update to be approved, which may take some time. Here is what they say:
We are working hard to fix Android issues, we are preparing an optional update to fix this issue so everyone can play again! We are waiting for the update to be cleared and approved (this may take a while).
