All naked for her Instagram followers on Tuesday, the 53-year-old presenter wowed just a pair of rubber boots while tending to her garden.
Strategically protecting her modesty while grabbing her wheelbarrow, Ulrika stared sensually at the lens.

While she’s no stranger to undressing in the sun, Ulrika’s latest post came for a good cause, raising awareness about men’s mental health.
Mother-of-four stripped bare for StrongMen bereavement charity and she named her famous friends Ore Oduba, Saira Khan, Jenny Stoute, James Cracknell and Richard Bertinet to strip down to raise awareness as well.

Mocking the gardening scenario, Ulrika then joked ‘NB. No flower was harmed in the making of this.

Actors, sportsmen, presenters have laid bare everything to encourage men to speak up, as 47% of UK-based men lack the confidence to show their emotions, according to reports.
Corrie’s Jeff Brazier, Bobby Zamora, Antony Cotton and other brave stars got naked as part of the social media challenge.
StrongMen research also reveals that one in four men think it is not manly to show their emotions.
Speaking about the campaign, football ace Bobby, 40, said: “I don’t know why it’s so hard for men to talk, when StrongMen asked me to get involved I thought it was something I wanted to share to help even a person get the support they need.

StrongMen founder Dan Cross added, “Mental health issues in men are a difficult topic to discuss for many reasons. Grief is one of the main causes of conditions such as depression, anxiety, stress and, in extreme cases, PTSD.
In addition to undressing for her grid, Ulrika revealed that she spent the day filming a mysterious project alongside Kerry Katona.
She shared a photo of the huddled pair captioned “When you work together you accidentally end up in bed together”.
Ulrika’s racy post comes after she revealed she was in the midst of a ‘sexual awakening’ and even discussed her new release with her children Cameron, 25, Bo, 20, Martha, 14 years old and Malcolm, 11 years old.

When asked in an interview with The Sun if she would marry again, Ulrika said: “I am a hedonist and a spontaneous person who believes in love. Even though it would be strange to remarry, I can never rule it out for the future.
Speaking about her sex life, Ulrika added, “I love sex, I want to have sex and I’m open to experiencing it. And it’s hard for women my age to say that without being views in a certain way.
