The NFL legend announced on Wednesday that he is retiring from American football “for good” after claiming to retire in February 2022 only to return 40 days later.

Speaking in a video posted to his Twitter account on Wednesday, Brady said: “Hello guys. I’ll get straight to the point. I’m retiring for good.
“I know the process was pretty big last time, so when I woke up this morning I thought I’d press record and let you know first.
” It will not be long. You only get one super emotional retreat trial and I used mine last year.
McGregor took to Twitter shortly after to wish Brady, who says his father is “100% Irish” like the UFC icon, well retired and congratulate him on his legendary run in the NFL. .
‘Notorious’ wrote: “No better Irish American football legend! I know the next chapter will continue your winning streak – Sláinte!”

Conor McGregor sent his best wishes to the NFL legend
The 45-year-old won six Super Bowls with the New England Patriots before leaving for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in 2020 and winning the sport’s biggest prize for the seventh time.
Things didn’t go as planned in his 23rd and final season in the league, as his team headed to the playoffs with a losing record – the first of his career – before being beaten by the Dallas Cowboys.
McGregor knows all about retirement, he’s done it three times already.
However, the Irishman is now determined to fight again after recovering from the horrific leg injury he suffered at UFC 264 in July 2021.
After putting on serious weight during his lengthy injury layoff, the 34-year-old has announced his intention to compete at welterweight with the goal of becoming the first-ever UFC fighter to win gold in three different divisions.
First, he is expected to train “The Ultimate Fighter” against Tony Ferguson, who is a longtime rival and has apparently won the race to be McGregor’s returning opponent.
