Khabib Nurmagomedov will hold a special press conference Wednesday in the Russian capital of Moscow to “discuss new projects”.

Although the Russian said immediately after that he would no longer fight, there was plenty of speculation suggesting that ‘The Eagle’ will fight again to reach 30-0.
Khabib’s team confirmed on Friday that the 31-year-old would speak to the media to discuss “ new projects ”.
“Khabib will hold a meeting with the media on December 2, where everyone can ask questions about the new projects that have been and will be announced,” the announcement said.
The Russian made it clear that he wanted to fight Georges St-Pierre before putting an end to his career, but the death of his father deeply affected Khabib.

Triangular choke secured third consecutive bid for Khabib on Gaethje
During his interview with Jon Anik after submitting Gaethje on Fight Island, it looked like we had seen the last of the UFC’s greatest lightweightweights.
“It was my last fight,” said a visibly moved Khabib.
“I promised [my mother], it’s going to be my last fight, ”he added. “It was my last fight here. Tuesday you have to put me pound for pound because I deserve it.
“Today is my last fight in the UFC.”

Despite protests to the contrary, Khabib teased that he wasn’t quite done with the fights and teased UFC President Dana White on Instagram.
He simply wrote, “See you soon Dana White.”
