UFC 270 Updates: NGANNOU vs. GANE
Due to COVID-19 Protocols, please note the following changes:
- Movsar Evolev has been pulled from his featherweight bout with Ilia Topuria. Movsar’s replacement will be Charles Jourdain, who is turning around after his December 18 victory.
- Poliana Botelho has been pulled from her women’s flyweight bout with Ji Yeon Kim. Botelho’s replacement will be Priscila Cachoeira. This fight will now take place at UFC FIGHT NIGHT: DARIUSH vs. MAKHACHEV
Due to an injury, please note the following changes:
- Greg Hardy has been pulled from his heavyweight bout with Serghei Spivac. As a result, this fight moves to UFC 272: COVINGTON vs. MASVIDAL
- Warlley Alves has been pulled from his welterweight bout with Jack Della Maddelena. Alves’ replacement will be undefeated UFC newcomer Pete Rodriguez, who won all of his fights by knockout in the first round.
- Viviane Araujo has been pulled from her flyweight fight with Alexa Grasso. As a result, this fight was canceled from the card.
UFC 270: NGANNOU vs. GANE takes place on Saturday, January 22, 2022 at the Honda Center in Anaheim, Calif., on ESPN+. Preliminaries begin at 7 p.m. ET / 3 p.m. PT. The main card starts at 10 p.m. ET / 7 p.m. PT.
