On April 8, Korean media confirmed that TXT will star in an upcoming episode of “The Ellen DeGeneres Show.”
On April 16 (local time), TXT will appear on the show and perform the song “We Lost the Summer”, a song from their mini album “minisode1: Blue Hour”. The album was released in October and features the title track “Blue Hour”.
“We lost the summer” is about fighting for loved ones who have passed and losing experiences during the COVID-19 pandemic. English singer-songwriter Charli XCX was involved in the creation of the piece, and the choreography includes movements that reflect the current situation where people “want to be together but can’t”.
Previously, in May of last year, TXT performed “Can’t You See Me?” on the American musical show “MTV Fresh Out Live”, and in November, they performed “Blue Hour” on “Open Mic” by Genius.
TXT may be making a comeback soon, and a Big Hit Music source has said they will reveal our plans once they’re finalized.
