Tua Tagovailoa is back on the court after leaving the Dolphins’ game against the Bills late in the first half with a head injury. The dolphins had been tagged as doubtful to return.
Tagovailoa hit his head on the field following a late push from Bills linebacker Matt Milano. Tagovailoa, who was swaying and struggling to stay upright after the blow to the head, was helped to the locker room by Miami medical staff. Milano was flagged for unnecessary rough play. The score was tied at 14-14 at the time of Tagovailoa’s absence.
Teddy Bridgewater temporarily replaced Tagovailoa, who was 8 of 10 for 76 yards and a touchdown before leaving the game. The injury doesn’t appear to be serious, however, as Tagovailoa led the Dolphins’ offense in their first practice of the second half.
