But Tom Daley has now amazed his impressive pear-tree skills by proudly sharing a clip from his workout on his Instagram page on Thursday.

The 26-year-old Olympic diver could be seen doing a series of complicated “press to handstand” gymnastic maneuvers, that is, when a pear tree is thrown from a standing or sitting position.

He showed his flexibility and physical strength by effortlessly swinging his legs and body in the air to perfect poses, including the pike press, bending press, split press, and saddle press.

The TV personality also flaunted his washboard abs and toned physique as he performed the intricate exercises in a pair of tight black pants.

Along with the awesome video he wrote: “TUCK, PIKE, STRADDLE OR SPLIT ?! WHICH PRESS IS THE BEST ?!

Floods of Tom’s two million Instagram followers expressed their envy of his strength and sang his praises after watching the short video.

One fan humorously wrote: ‘I can hardly stand this using my feet lol. So incredible!’

While others wrote, “You make them all look easy!

But other fans were distracted by the diver’s muscular figure and quickly commented that he looked ‘amazing’ while practicing his grips.

A glowing fan wrote: “ … I went with my eyes crossed looking at this! ”

The diver has kept himself busy amid the coronavirus pandemic, as he also posted his impressive knitting designs on a new Instagram page.

He took his stories to Instagram last month to reveal he crocheted his own pair of swimsuits.

Tom shared a variety of snaps of himself sporting the trunks above a swimming pool, which were navy blue with yellow stripes.

Along with the post, he wrote: ‘I finally made some crochet trunks! ”

He added: ‘I couldn’t help but share these trunks that I made. This is my first attempt at crochet trunks and I’m sure I’ll improve myself.

It recently emerged that Tom had started showing off his colorful designs on a new Instagram account, suggesting he might turn it into a business venture.

The @madewithlovebytomdaley account also shows off pink baby booties and the toddler’s blue pom pom beanie. But it’s unclear whether fans will be able to purchase his designs.

The two-time Olympic bronze medalist began knitting to help him relax during the lockdown.

Tom previously said: ‘Worrying about when things might get back to normal can be exhausting.

“My happy place is now on the couch with knitting needles.

But he admitted that her screenwriter husband Dustin Lance Black, 46, joked that being with him was like being married to a grandmother.

Tom married Dustin in 2017 after two years of dating, and they are parents to two-year-old son Robbie, born to a surrogate mother.

He discussed “coming out” in a new book by Andrew Gelwicks, The Queer Advantage: Conversations with LGBTQ + Leaders on the Power of Identity.

The athlete revealed her sexuality in a YouTube video in 2013, calling it “ one of the scariest things to do, ” in an excerpt from the book, shared by Glamor.

When asked if he felt like the best heterosexual athletes treated him like an equal, Tom said he didn’t feel any difference in treatment, but felt like one of the fortunate.

But he admitted that “growing up as a queer person” had been “difficult”.

He said: “ You are always told that you are different and that you are less than. This automatically puts you on the back foot and you have to work even harder to prove yourself.

“These challenges and obstacles are what shaped me as an athlete.

Tom added that when you “have to work harder” you are seen as a “stranger”.
