The quarterback, 45, took to his Instagram Stories to share a number of photos taken throughout his career, including a rare photo of him with his ex-girlfriend Bridget Moynahan, 51, and their son Jack, 15 years old.
In the sweet snap, the proud parents are seen smiling as their son has his arms wrapped around them.
Tom and Bridget dated from 2004 to 2006. She discovered she was pregnant with Jack shortly after their split, by which time Tom was already dating model Gisele Bundchen – whom he would later marry.

Gisele opened up about how she found out about the news of Bridget’s pregnancy in her 2018 memoir, Lessons: My Path to a Meaningful Life.
