Tigers’ full basketball schedule released – WREG NewsChannel 3

MEMPHIS — The start of the Tigers’ basketball season and full schedule is finally complete with the conference portion released Wednesday.

The Tigers will play home and at home against eight of their ten conference opponents with solo games, in Tulsa and at home in East Carolina.

Some of the Tigers’ premier conference games begin with the AAC home opener Dec. 29 at FedExForum against South Florida. A game that marks the return of former Tiger Tyler Harris to his hometown.

The AAC Tigers’ first road game is on New Year’s Day in New Orleans against Tulane.

On January 26, the Tigers host SMU in town. It’s probably a game that newcomers and former ponies Kendric Davis and Jahmar Young have circled on their calendars.

On February 19, the Tigers visit Houston in what appears to be a very tough five-game season finale with games at Houston, Wichita State and SMU and home games against Cincinnati and the Cougars.

The AAC Tournament returns to Dickies Arena in Fort Worth before Selection Sunday.
